POSITION TITLE:  CMMS Analyst

LOCATION: Houston, TX 

NES Global Talent is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas industry. Our client, a midstream operator is looking to hire a Contracts Manager on a direct hire basis located in Houston, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify and manage assets including asset data collection, identification and change control.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements related to equipment maintenance tasks and reliability.
  • Assist Operations personnel to identify critical spare parts and to build asset/equipment BOMs.
  • Support Preventive Maintenance Program (PM) within the CMMS
  • Assists with set up of maintenance schedules for new equipment.
  • Works with Operations personnel to ensure when equipment modifications and new equipment installations occur, the impact to PM tasks as defined on the associated task lists and SOPs are current and clearly defined.
  • Manages CMMS change control processes
  • Develops and presents CMMS reports for all areas of Asset Management activity.
  • Remain current in field through self-study and company-sponsored educational opportunities.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Formal education in related technical or engineering discipline is desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years field experience with enterprise asset management software(eAM) and maintenance programs is required. 
  • Experience with Oracle eAM, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
