Job Descriptions, Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Supervision of day by day operations in Area-2.
- To produce scheduled quantities of specified products at optimum cost.
- Ensuring execution of the operating orders to achieve operational targets under safe and steady operating conditions.
- Ensuring coverage of the process units in charge by assigned persons 24 hours and ensuring the assigned production under proper and safe operation.
- To participate in Shut-down Maintenance Planning with allocation of job order for different job assignment.
- To make Shift Scheduling and leave planning of employee in Area-3 units.
- To coordinate administrative jobs related employees in Area-2 units
- To make allocation of employees for Start-up, Commissioning and Emergency activities in assigned area..
- Employee evaluation and recommendation for job rotation, upgrades and annual salary increment under the consultation with Division Manager/ Deputy Manager.
- Responsible for brushing-up employees’ knowledge, skill and technology for ensuring safe and efficient operation in Area-3 Units by means of technical study meeting and safety promotion meeting (HAZOP, Potential Hazard Study) in order to contribute Refinery Operation and Management.
- Responsible for fostering employees’ discipline and moral at working environment through TQC activities.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 10 year experience of the same Area Manager position in Refinery.
- Experience in commissioning, start-up, shut-down, trouble shooting and Emergency Handling of RFCC.
- Experience in technical study of Energy Conservation Operations and Optimization of Process Operations.
- To have enough experience in DCS process operation.
- To have enough knowledge in Fire Fighting and Disaster Prevention
Education Background:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent
Special Training & Qualification:
- Training course of Advanced Process Operation and Improvement.
- Training course of Safety & Environmental Control in Process Operations
Other Requirement For Position:
- To have good Personality, Leadership, and Diligence.
- Normal level in written and spoken English
